"Horrible customer service by any Ducati dealer! I dropped off my Ducati Multistrada to get Desmo service(36,000 miles service) on August 10th, 2023. I didn't get my bike back until end of September 2023. When I picked up my bike, it was riding rough, lopping idle, leaking engine oil, dents and scratches that the service technician created. After a one of a few miles, check engine light came on. I returned the bike back to DD service department. The engine dies with a lopping idle, the dealership replaced hoses and spark plug wires, still no fix. After another two months, I called the general manager to get some help with timeline to my bike up and running. The General Manager of Dennis Dillion was rude, has poor customer service, and told me to do my own research on the fix of my bike. I WOUld NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO DENNS DILLION In Boise, Idaho. Poor customer service, destructive of your property, lack of training on servicing, no communication, and rude general manager(Joe). I hope the owner of DD dealership will take the time to read this message and do something different in the business model."
