"This review is regarding the concert we attended. Good luck finding parking. I wouldn't even try. We drove around hours before our concert, and the best way to get there is by a taxi service. We had a spot at the front of the Fillmore where we were dropped off. Wendy's is next door, and our family member was able to pick us up there after the show with no problem at all! The security and one official were helpful telling us where we needed to go for the tickets we had. The VIP section is on the side towards the back of the building. Of course, lines did not show that, so we walked around the WHOLE block before asking more security where to go. Then, we made it back to the VIP side. Once in, it was a nice atmosphere. It is very easy to navigate the building and find food, drinks, restrooms, and merchandise. The bathrooms are as best as you'd expect from a concert hall point of view. Not disgusting. The employees at the time of our concert were friendly and helpful."

"I love this venue. We need ADA seating for my daughter and they always go above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable. Machelle was so helpful and also everyone working security and taking tickets outside. We've never had a bad experience here. Although, parking is a nightmare though. These pictures are from the Beartooth concert. It was one of the best concerts I've ever seen."

"It was very clean, amazingly helpful. Everybody has those food liquor and alternative drinks. Definitely I would get seating. General admission. Makes it kind of hard to see the stage. The sound is great. Several bathrooms that are convenient with tons of stalls. But the parking is not the greatest. I parked at the Wendy’s for 20 bucks. Not that far to walk from there."
