"Best place to watch movies, prices are way cheaper than any other theater !!!! It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to go there....."
"Great experience for the price. Only one complaint, we could hear the theater next door during the quieter moments of our movie."
"Cheap tickets, good service, great sound, comfy seats, and cheap snacks. We were some of the last people there and a worker went all the way to a different floor to grab the soda fountain keys so we could get one more refill. They also have a fantastic military discount. Spent $30 for three adults to see a freshly released movie and split a large popcorn and drink with free refills. Will be going back"
"Had a great time, the place was nice and clean, staff were great. Although the movie we were watching at the time (Wonka) stopped and buffered near the end, I had places to be after the movie was done and it took too long for them to fix so I ended up missing the ending of the movie. I would have asked for a refund or a free ticket to see it again but the place was packed with people at the front counter. I’d would still go if the movies weren’t stopping at random. I understand that technical difficulties do happen but cmon."
"I usually try to support small local businesses, but I’ll choose to go Warren in Wichita from now on. The man working the counter was rude. There were 2 of us and their only customers at the time we entered. The guy at the counter was rude and acted like we were bothering him to check in our tickets, and order 2 small popcorns and 2 drinks. As we were leaving after our show, he looked at us (once again the only people in the theater) and ignored us. A “thanks, come again, or have a good night” would have gone a long way. I worked customer service for 15 years. If some one is leaving your business, purchase or no purchase, you address them and thank them. Won’t be back. ⭐️Bathrooms were nice and clean."
