"I am a Washington resident and have never bought nor even thought about purchasing a new motorcycle from an out of state dealer; but Carl's had the model I was looking for that I was unable to find anywhere in WA. After speaking to a pleasant salesman, Russ via phone, we agreed on a very fair price, so I decided to make the drive to purchase the bike.
