"I'll start out by saying that I don't ever write reviews, however, I feel it would be a major disservice if I didn't write a review after tonight's outstanding service received by Antonio. I came in just before the bike shop was slated to close for the evening. Not only was I met with a smile from the receptionist, I was ushered downstairs and immediately attended to by Antonio. The whole interaction was pleasant and he even let me bend his ear about bike related questions. I walked in feeling anxious that my brand new Canyon bike was out of sorts and left feeling confident that Antonio would not only get me back on the trails, but he would be my go to guy for anything MTB for years to come. I work in the service industry and cannot tell you how refreshing it is to come across someone like Antonio. I am writing this review before Tri Town has even turned a bolt on my bike knowing that they will deliver. Never underestimate the power of good service!"

"My car just died outside of Tritown bicycles. I looked around and saw this shop and decided to go in to see if anyone may be able to help. I thought it a bit ironic that I was going into a bicycle shop to get some help with my car. The two men working were friendly and happy to help! They helped jump my car and got me On my way, and their kindness was much appreciated! I didn’t buy a single thing at the store today, but will certainly be back for my other form of transportation needs. Thanks for sharing the holiday spirit!"

I reached out to Antonio and he not only made the whole situation right by being very apologetic, but he offered to pick up my bike took it back to his awesome shop in Hyde Park and had it delivered back to my front porch.
