"Started the suppressor purchase back in April and it was the first time using the Silencer Shop kiosk at Hawktech. They walked me through the whole process, fingerprints, photo and all the forms including setting up an account through ATF E forms. I couldn't ask for a better experience. 6 months later, I have my approval."
"I had gotten myself into a pinch and needed an AR-15 buffer tube, I called around and some stores were sold out, waiting on delivery, and others only had high end buffet tubes for sale (not in my budget, single father two kids). When I was out and about, I landed up stopping at HawkTec Arms, the assistant informed me they had one and retrieved an unmarked buffer tube from an unmarked box (no name brand ?), I was pleased as I had purchased one of these a week ago for a friend from a store in Nampa (same box and packaging) It cost $14.95 plus tax, at the register the assistant charged $26.95 plus tax ($28.57), I was not that pleased anymore but as I needed one that day, I paid that for it. Now I am all for making a buck to feed your family, but at almost double the price, somebody along this line is being overcharged and I don’t believe it is the gun store."
