"Terrible place. Great rent since it’s nice and cheap- but there’s mold EVERYWHERE inside, the windows and doors are very poorly sealed and the units do not hold heat or cold due to that. The windows absolutely POUR condensation in the windows, contributing to the mold issue. AC units are shoddy at best and consistently break down- management refuses to replace them. Tells tenants to pay out of pocket for new ones and they will supposedly be reimbursed for it, eventually. Unlikely. Lots of bugs too- Can say I recognized earwigs and ants at least- pretty sure the third bug problem is roaches. All in all, I would not suggest living here unless you have NO other options. They’re cheap for a reason."

"I have lived here for over 5 years with no major problems. If you want no frills and the least expensive rent that I know of in the valley, this is the place for you. Even though it's on Karcher Rd., it's remarkably quiet out here most of the time. We have new owners as of a few months ago, but little has changed, and we retain the same very good managment company and other live-in staff. I've not had any electrical, plumbing, heating, or A/C disasters, and when issues have come up, the management is extremely responsive and things are fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Very professionally run compared to other low rent places I know of, or have lived in before (you must pass a backgound check and will not be approved with a criminal background, or insufficient income). Highly recommend."
