"Staff is excellent, top notch, friendly and they care about their customers/residents. People they do not recognize they will immediately remove them from the property. It helps a lot with safety of this property and the people who stay here. It's highly appreciated since Broadway between Pawnee and 21st Street isn't safe to walk down alone or after dark. Not saying homeless are dangerous cause most of the people I have talked too just want to be left alone and live their lives the way they want too."

"The people that work here are really freaking awesome seriously, I was helping some one that was stuck out in the rain, and the people here were understand, kind, and fair. I recommend this place to people if the are stuck in a hard spot and don't know what to do as long as you fallow there rules you should be just fine!!!"

"Worst experience I've ever had ever renting a motel room. Decided to spend a week in Wichita before we headed out of town. Rented a room at the market not only were they abusive and rude and intrusive they had roaches in their rooms were obscenely obnoxious bang on my door at 2:00 in the morning. Telling me that my dogs were loud when my dogs are quiet and everyone else's dogs were going off. $300 for a week find a different place to rent."

"This motel is awful, I couldn't sit outside without someone asking or demanding money from me. The manager and his wife are wolves in sheeps clothing. They are nice to you until you disagree with them on something then they turn on you. I was next to room 275 and the neighbor constantly turned his 500 dollar stereo up, shaking our walls, would go on for 4 days straight all night and all day. I was constantly complaining of the noise but the neighbor in 275 is best friends with the manager. So they would get rude and do nothing. Another example, the people across from our room were in the hallway talking and 275 started slamming open and closing the door. The manager came out and the people staying across from us told him what happened and instead he yelled at them instead of his buddy in 275. The bed bugs are horrible and nothing is ever done about it. I used to be employed there and all I'm allowed to say is nothing is as it ever seems. Good Luck."
