"It’s a decent place to live, most people here are nice. Strict smoking rules, you have to smoke at the street. There are inspections most years. Reasonable accommodation does not exist here, it will most likely be turned down. Deposits are too expensive for being low income. The landlord is judgmental, impatient, often breaks tenant/ landlord laws, will also lie about random things, and is quite rude most of the time. The apartments are nice and cozy but the stress of having your landlord live in the same property is exhausting. The landlord is not in the office some days they are scheduled to be in the office despite being open Monday through Friday. All concerns about tenant safety will be ignored. Parking is a nightmare if you have more then 2 cars, one van is parked on the street outside of the apartment complex that often causes almost car accidents or actual car accidents. You have to pay for anything that needs to be replaced, and will likely be blamed for anything that breaks. Any accidents usually result in a 3 day move out notice. Your personal belongings will be touched and moved during inspections if your not there for them. All in all I do not recommend living here. It’s subpar at best."
