"Check in was fine. No issues. Went to check out after two nights as I was running out the door to a funeral and thought things were taken care of. Nope. The woman at the counter didn’t actually check me out (even though I have a receipt stating I should be refunded that third night) because of an unexpected additional charge for wanting to checkout early (that she said she would have removed). The GM uses his front desk employees to handle his issues. I called daily to speak to him about the issue and he wouldn’t speak to me directly. He just tells whoever I have on the phone that I won’t be refunded the third night “because there’s no note.” Whatever that means. My problem has been escalated and will continue to be escalated until resolved. On top of the fraudulent charge, I also need to comment on the state of the room. Sheets were too small for the mattresses and kept slipping off showing the stained mattresses. Bathroom hadn’t been adequately cleaned. There was soap on mirror, the counter was sticky, and the toilet was disgusting. Carpet in the room was stained. I know the risk of less than perfect cleanliness when I book more economical options, but I’m still surprised at the blatant attempt to rip me off."

"Amazing stay! The wonderful overnight woman was so kind and funny and helpful! We enjoyed taking the kids to the pool. The room was clean and just big enough! The shower had enough hot water for everyone to shower which was nice! The shower head had water pressure and there were enough pillows on the bed. Which is usually our biggest issue and why we usually bring our own. No need here though! In the morning we had the breakfast! Great selection and very good! The wonderful woman cleaning the dining area saw our son got something on his shoe and cleaned it for him! So kind and unexpected! Will be recommending this location and hotel to anyone we know! Highly recommend!"

"Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Everything is just located far away from the hotel, depending on what you are doing. Nothing wrong with this hotel it's more for a family and the elderly. Not really for a group that is going out for a celebration and is coming back a little bit lit up. A very quiet hotel. Which wasn't really a good fit for that kind of stay."

"Pool was freezing cold, cloudy and the room air was so very humid and sticky. We adjusted the air with no luck. The bedding and towels all felt damp. Not sure why. Staff was very very nice. Breakfast was not very good. No eggs at all. Hard boiled no scrambled. Butter for pancakes were close to frozen. Biscuits were hockey pucks. Waffles were good. OJ was good"
