"My Nemo Arms Battle-Light is one of the nicest guns I own. I’ve had zero issues at all with it and have always received prompt responses from their customer service team when I have any questions. Their attention to detail and quality has this thing running like a Swiss watch."
"My first experience with NEMO was ordering a XO Carbon. After a week of ordering I had gotten no updates or anything and gave NEMO a call. I was told that they would pass my info along to the sales department and someone would reach out. Couple days go by an no response and I call again and told I'll get a call by the end of the week. That doesn't happen. I call next week and eventually get connected with someone who tells me the cerakote wasn't up to par and it was sent back and I'll get an update when it ships. We'll about 2-3 weeks go by and it shows up at my FFL. (No tracking or notification of shipment) I go to pick up the XO and I find out it has Triggertech Trigger instead of the Geissle flat trigger it was advertised with. After calling I get told that they haven't used those for awhile and moving to Triggertech because they were better...cassette triggers are not better but that's neither here nor there but a selling point for me was that it was advertised having my favorite trigger I have installed in multiple firearms. I eventually get connected to Travis and he makes it right for me and sends me a trigger. (He's the only reason I am not giving a 1 star rating). I then decide to give NEMO another chance and order a battle light builder set. I go to put it together and it didn't come with the threaded roll pins for it is advertised with having. Another call to nemo and they send them. I get everything installed and go install the barrel nut at 40 ft lbs and the barrel nut shears....they tell me they use magpul wrenches. I'm sorry but if you look at the minimal amount of material on these things you can see why. Additionally timed barrel nuts are unnecessary. I call for a replacement and they are 50 shipped and that's giving me a deal. I've since sold both nemos and switched to radian and my experience has been phenomenal."
"I got the battle light 300 blk and I love it. It's been almost a year now with my pistol. Can't wait to buy another one."
"These guys go above and beyond. I had what I thought was an incorrect shipment of a muzzle brake. Called and talked to Travis in shipping. I just misunderstood the description! That said, I needed a thread size they did not currently make. Travis reached out to the gunsmith while I was still on the phone and I'll be damned if they didn't make a custom one for me! Fits and works perfectly. Highly recommend!"
"I ordered a XO in February with a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. When that time passed I called and the person I spoke with said it would be the end of June. I called in July and they said the end of August. Now I can’t get anyone to respond. I can’t give a high review when the ball has been dropped that many times. I would really like to just get the gun and change my review once I see how it performs."
