I CAME DOWN TO PUT MY MOTHER IN A HOME AND HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!There was no running water in the room we reserved, when we requested a different room, the same problem in that room. THey refused to refund our money so we went elsewhere. The mere fact that they reserved a room with no running water like it was no big deal, is ludicrous. Then to offer a second room with NO running water and refuse a refund? Do NOT stay at this motel. Period. I want a damn refund. I WANT MY REFUND. I will keep posting and getting ahold of my atty til I GET MY REFUND"

"I stayed at this location on January 19th and had an incident with the front desk staff. We had checked in at 11 pm and then went back out. We returned back to the hotel around 2 am. When we came back to the hotel, we used that side entrance and went to our room. Within 5 minutes of us being in the room there was a knock on the door. I looked through the peep hole and saw that it was the gentleman that was working the front desk. When I answered the door, he asked questions that were relevant to our stay. However, that took a turn when the gentleman side stepped into the room and closed the door. Once he did that, that's when he solicited us for sex. This was highly inappropriate behavior. If you are a single female or even more than one female, do not stay here. It should also be noted that when we came back, we didn't use the main lobby but one of the side doors. So I can only assume that means he was watching the cameras and saw that we returned."

"Update: After reaching out to the hotel regarding their response to my review, they told me that their way of rectifying the situation with me was to just try to get all the hotel maintenance issues repaired. But yet, I still refuse to issue me a refund because they deny that there were any maintenance issues in and around the building or my room 109. Their claim is that they offered me a different room and that I refused it, and that's the reason to justify a refusal of a refund. I want to make sure that it's clear I requested a refund of my prepaid room prior to even bringing my belongings in my room, and the entire hotel was having the same plumbing issues. They are aware of the maintenance issues, but when it comes to having to deal with a situation regarding them, they want to say that they don't exist, I do not recommend this hotel. ---------- Original Review This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The front of the building has a gigantic open hole that has not even attempted to be covered. The carpet in the hallway was soaked in water from some unknown leak, and staff decided to put a wet floor sign down on top of it. Any picture of a room listed online including the picture I posted if not the room that you were paying for staff will try to put you upstairs in a room that has red carpet and is completely dirty and disgusting and outdated. They say that all the pictures online for the rooms that you book have an up charge (these are called the remodeled rooms) at check-in if you want the room matching the description you booked for. This hotel has been under a "remodel" for over 2 years. After having to basically beg to get the room that I booked I was put in a room that had water leakage coming from the wall which which was shared with the hallway that had water soaked carpet the toilet was not refilling on its own I had to fill it myself in addition to that the shower had no water pressure and that is shown in my video. When I did make a complaint about the shower in addition to all the other issues, they offered to give me another room that I could just shower in since I was supposed to be checking out soon. After a few minutes in the shower, all of the cold water stopped, and it poured out scolding hot water. After discussing this with staff and all of the other issues they stated that they were aware of all of them but they had yet to take care of them and they would not issue a refund because I had paid in advance of my booking. I would NOT recommend that anyone stay at this hotel, and I'm not sure how it even meets code for it to be safe for anyone to be staying at."

"This is definitely a decent hotel. The price is just right for what your getting. The bathtub was a little rough. The water came out so slow. And it was so hot I couldn't even stand to wash my hands in it. The breakfast was decent. But they have signs that say you can't take food out of the breakfast room. Which I was on the go and needed to get ready for work while I ate something. And they don't allow that. That was frustrating. But it's a cheap decent place to lay your head for a night."

"Black mold in the bathroom, and bath tub. The floor was sopping wet, as well. When this was brought to the managers attention, she said, "This is not a serious issue. It's just a cleaning issue." We had to educate her on the dangers and toxicity of black mold and show her the pictures we took, because she refused to go look for herself. The chamber of commerce has been contacted. The health department is next. DO NOT STAY HERE. Not only was it disgusting, but they were not kind empathetic about it either."
