"My goodness. In a rough couple years of my life, I discovered this absolute gem of an organization, and of everything in my life these last two years, they have been one of the only ones to not only never let me down, not only meet my always bare minimum expectations, but to do so much more at such an extraordinary level, I have been able to call out medical professionals that have lied about prescriptions already being sent off because of Dandurand's reliability alone. This location especially (550 n hillside Wesley): No automated answering system, a human answers the phone almost immediately (never has it rung more than twice EVER), and one of the handful of employees, that knew me well in a very short period of time, without having to give anything but my name, are considerate of pronouns, on the leading edge of medication access, offer free delivery throughout the city, and I have never ever been made to wait on them a single time for even 5 minutes for absolutely anything I've needed from them because of anything on their end. They have recommended practicioners, they are open on Saturdays, they are open late during the week, and ALWAYS, a human that intimately knows you is there to meet any need you have and within but a ring or two. This is one of the best things that has come out of these last few hard years and I truly mean that and do so without hyperbole. I thought we all had to put up with the likes of Walgreens and the rest. Little did I know that a massive increase in quality and range of services was right here in Wichita all along. Good owners, good management, good practices, and an absolutely exceptional workforce that either makes a ton of money or needs substantial raises to match the quality of service they provide and attendance to the PERSON you are and your needs. It has been and will continue to be an absolute blessing to work with Dandurand at the 550 N Hillside Wesley location and every single employee there has been an equal delight. Thank you, Dandurand, for being so exceptionally beyond all other practices of your service in the area that it astounds. Thank you for all that you do and all that you have done for me already. Without question, NO ONE should put up with the chains and their horrible and agonizingly (and turns out unnecessarily) complex processes, who give in to threats by fundamentalist pro life attorney generals from other states and take plan B pills away from people in Kansas even though we voted 3 times to keep that right. Without constantly showing your ID, the constant and forever wait times, the horribly inconvenient hours, the mistakes, the no delivery option, and their higher costs without the discounts Dandurand happily hunt down for you and are better than any offered by the chains. Everyone that is able to should immediately switch their pharmacy needs to this organization. With absolute assurance, I can guarantee that you will find the innumerably massive improvements to be simply awe inspiring and appreciate the ease that Dandurand shows every day that this process can be."

"I called them Thursday October 7, 2021 to have ALL 3 prescription refilled. These are for long term chronic conditions. One was a Class IV controlled substance. I was told they could only fill every 28 days per LAW by head Pharmacist. I had researched Kansas laws on this. NONE exist at this time. I told her such. Being caught in a lie, she backtracked into saying it was company policy, yet no such policy was disclosed in any manner. Furthermore, She got caught lying again saying there were no refills on that medication. ALL of my prescriptions were transferred last month. Any intelligent person knows you can't transfer something that doesn't exist. Monday October 11, 2021 I get a call demanding money as they FAILED to bill 2 other co-pay methods. The head Pharmacist treated me as though I am stupid due to her own confusion between Aetna, which I don't have, and 2 Assistance Programs I have . About 5:45 pm I get an insane call from them telling me they WEREN'T going to have me as a customer and they didn't like how they were treated and WHERE do Iwant them to transfer my prescriptions to. I told send them back to the original Pharmacy as they know what they are doing and don't LIE! They said the would now. I still don't have my medications. This is cruelty and abusive to anyone with long-term chronic health conditions. BEWARE of trusting them with your precious health. Now on Friday October 15, 2021 at approximately 1:30 I called other Pharmacy. No big shock Dandurand LIED again. They didn't transfer prescriptions back as they said."
