"Had a shaft to get rebuilt and took it to crossfire. Five days later I went and picked up my old shaft and took it to bills machine shop in Emmett. Crossfire would not call with an estimate in five days every time I called they said they would call back with the estimate and never did. I took it to bills and he said he would have it done tomorrow. I will never take another thing to crossfire. If there was a lower rating I would give it to them. Horrible service. In response to your reply..... that sir is not true. Everyone was at lunch when I came in and I was told I would be called with an estimate and a time frame. That sir is the point, I got no call and was told each time I called, that someone would call me back. That obviously never happened. So I had no "ill educated unrealistic time line" that is what I was looking for was a time line, but I do thank you for your dishonest rude reply"
"I have used Crossfire for over five years on projects, but on this last project, I was told that they had a lot of their employees leave recently and that they had made the machinist their new supervisor, and I believe he was really trying to make a go of it but I also believe that it may have been over his head, in any case, their new draft person was horrible to deal with, never returning emails and in the end treated me absolutely bad. You should never have an employee work for you that will treat your customers badly. You never know who your talking to. I moved on and will never use them again. I am sorry for your company’s situation, but from the way I was treated, I can see why your other employees left! Post, edit. After hearing what crossfire said after I told the truth about what happen, I have to say they lie as well; I gave everyone the respect they deserved. It’s sad that a company has to lie to save face. How sad. I own a mine own company and I would never treat anyone with disrespect. I have since found someone to do the job and he was very respectful and did the job in a timely manner. I would also recommend finding the other staff that left and ask them! If you expect your job to be late and to be disrespected, then please use Crossfire!"
"The people at Crossfire are some of the best to work with, Jami in the front office is always smiling and friendly!"
"I have personally known the guys for abot 9 years. I have been fortunate to watch them make some pretty impressive items over the years. They are some of the best welders and fabicators youll ever see in the industry. If your in the need of any type of fabrication done then these are the guys to call. Easy to work with, very helpful and just a great group of people. This is one place you find that they take their work seriously."
"These guys are awesome. Great customer service, and very helpful! If it's between them and someone else, pick them."
