"So dated and sticky gross every time I go. Its dirty from behind the counter to each theater room. Carpets are over 10 years old and never maintained and cleaned. It's the only movie theater in town. Bring your disinfectant wipes!!"
"We paid for 2 movies tonight, 2 of us for each one. The movies were good but I have to say that every time I come here, every employee acts like they hate their job and they don’t want to be there. From the ladies at the ticket counter, to the people behind the concessions counter, to the guy taking the tickets at the hallway entrance. I get it, I used to work retail, and I worked fast food. There are always unpleasant people you have to deal with but not everyone is unpleasant and it’s definitely off putting to be treated as if we are all terrible for wanting go see a movie. Between the movies ($33) and two concession visits ($20-30), it wasn’t cheap and I was happy to do it but literally every employee we encountered was lacking in their ability to make customers feel like they are ok to be there. I make it a point to use please and thank you in every interaction I have and made sure to do so tonight. On our second/last trip to the concession stand, I was asked if I wanted my receipt and I said “please”. I then proceeded to stand there while the young lady turned around and started talking to all the others behind the counter. She at one point turned around and I said can I get that receipt and she looked confused and then said I can print you one… I said never mind, I was just under the impression that I was getting one when you asked a few moments ago and I responded with please. She just stood there and looked at me, so I said don’t worry about it and I turned around and left. In the second movie, the floor was sticky where we were sitting, like pop or something had been spilled and not mopped. Other than that, the place seemed pretty well kept, which it usually does. I bought a bucket of popcorn and most of it was burnt but I guess that’s the risk of buying such an item."
"Went way uphill with the new management. Larger theatre with more and better seats. Made it nearly impossible for the person in front of you to be blocking anything. Added more theatres but got rid of the arcade. For a movie theatre, decent pricing on food and drinks. Great staff. Great local hangout and decent waiting seats. Large bathroom that tends to be really clean. Definitely need to fix up their parking lot though, photos added. It's just a fun place over all."
"Worst customer service of my life. One person of our group ahead of us who got their ticket. Box office announces that they are sold out. Tried to get a refund 20 mins before the movie started since they are sold out and we can’t watch it. Then told they weren’t sold out while the other employee is announcing that show is sold out again. I would have had to go back outside and get back in line to get tickets to a “sold out” showing. Slammed the box office door on me. Ridiculous"
"Amazingly awful staff! my girlfriend and I were waiting in line to get popcorn. I whispered something in her ear and this older female security guard comes over and says VERY LOUDLY “don’t you think there is a better place for that?” We stared at her very confused and she proceeded to tell us it’s a family business and I shouldn’t be sticking my tongue down her ear. WHAT????? She wasn’t even on the side I had whispered to see anything at all, and completely fabricated her own narrative. She was such a miserable lady, and embarrassed us in front of everyone there, and so we left with nothing we purchased. The entire time she was nasty and rude and screaming at us loudly. The manager came over and didn’t even listen to us, blindly just backed up the security guard - encouraging her rudeness. We are grown adults and there is no need to ever approach someone and address them in such a crass manner. HORRIBLE. Many other reviews here and other sites echo the same miserable staff behavior."
