"I have to change my previous positive review, because this is just too frustrating. After calling hours in advance to confirm that my prescription will be ready, and being told by the staff on the phone "yes, come pick it up any time!," there's no good excuse for being turned away at the pharmacy and told they would have to fill my prescription another day because they don't have the medicine I need. This has happened multiple times in the last few months, and my wife has had similar experiences. At this point I'm ready to look for another pharmacy in Lawrence."

We end up having to be the middle man between the pharmacy and our doctors. I have completely switched to another pharmacy. Although not as convenient to get to, the other pharmacy has much better hours and a drive through."

BUT recently we have had one bad experience after another, especially with one rude male employee. I hate to think about moving to a different pharmacy, but it just doesn't seem the same anymore.
