Doesn't make my shopping experience very enjoyable. Don't see this problem in Goodwill on Maize Central in West Wichita and the Goodwill in El Dorado. kept"

"A little confused by all the low ratings. Must be under new management or something. I found it very clean, very organized, and I payed $10 for some very nice dress shoes and less than that for some excellent tennis shoes that looked brand new for my kids! It's a shame that most people sort reviews by relevant rather than new. I think you will be pleasantly surprised if you give this place a chance. And go ahead and leave a review because they obviously only tend to get reviewed when people are upset! "Enjoying going to most goodwill, the one in Andover is usually clean, staff are friendly, but have noticed, not just Andover, but all goodwill will have boxes with nothing in them! They really need to make sure that there is something in the box and not sit an empty box on the shelf! UPDATE: be very careful when buying music or movie cd's I have found many empty! Always look first!! This is for all Goodwill's!!"

"We visited the store today in an attempt to purchase a "vest". The very rude clerk tried to tell us it was a coat - snaps up the middle without sleeves. The twice as rude manager said coats don't have sleeves. Not sure where those two come from, but "coats" have sleeves and "vests" don't. Rude management and rude employees need to stay home and Google the differences between coats and vests - just saying..."
