"Called Valley Rentals on the phone, woman I talked to said they they had two storage units available and to come down to the office and fill out the paperwork. I drove two hours to pay for A unit and the ugly old bag behind the counter just sat back and laughed at my pregnant wife and I and said “We haven’t had units available for months”. They didn’t even offer to put me on a waiting list. Derelicts and scumbags working at McDonald’s have better professional business skills then this woman did, don’t waste your time or hard earned money with these people. Go with Riverside or Triple T storage they are top notch!"
