Preparing meals, making reservations, comfortable hotels, fixing bikes on the fly and making sure everyone had a good time. "Row Adventure's Spokane River float trip was a great experience. Booking the trip was easy. I had some questions before booking and the staff was friendly and helpful, responded quickly and fully answered my questions. When some plans changed they were able to accommodate the changes and ensure that I was still able to have the adventure. The day of the trip the staff was professional and friendly, helpful in making everyone aware of what was expected. Safety was paramount throughout the trip and the staff handled it in a fun but serious manner which didn't scare anyone or become overbearing. Throughout the trip our guide was talkative and friendly, sharing history and information of the city, wildlife and environment we were floating through but also offering times of quiet when we could peacefully enjoy the beautiful area we were floating through. I was a first time river kayaker while the rest of the party was in the raft. I was offered basic instructions and allowed to spend a few minutes getting comfortable on the water in the kayak before we headed down the river. Our guide offered instructions in how to navigate the (mostly mild) rapids we encountered and regularly checked with me to make sure I was doing well and enjoying the trip. Overall this was a great trip which I would highly recommend. Based on my experience I will look for other adventures to experience with Row when I'm back in this area."
