"Seems their agents, or "at least" some of them conjure up full price offers when you make an offer. All of a sudden there are "at least " one of more offers on the table, which is a lie at the outset because there either are offers or there aren't. Caught one of them in a lie and currently am getting the run around on an offer I've made.
