They are pet friendly which is a huge plus and they are very understanding of certain circumstances and are always willing to help. Another really cool thing about DABCO's Emerald Downs is that when something in your house gets broken, the maintenance team is there within a day or two and sometimes within the hour. My boyfriend has been living here since 2018 and has also never had problems."

"I live at the emerald downs apartments and they are great! Super clean when we moved in, takes good care of the parking lots/sidewalks in the snow, trash doesn’t overflow, speedy maintenance, and good prices! I used to live at the ruckus and that place was a nightmare with their constant management changes and mold and dirty living conditions. This place was actually clean when we moved in. This apartment is very similar to pimlico, Churchill, maple valley, and more. I would live here again."

"Emerald Downs is a wonderful place to live. The rent is reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Management always gets back to you in a timely manner. Siena the property manager is awesome! She does a great job at providing answers to all questions and leaves no concerns behind. Emerald Downs is located within close proximity to WSU, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee. Upon moving in, my apartment was very clean and all the appliances were in great condition. The bedrooms have spacious closets and the bathroom is huge! The kitchen is sizable with ample counter space. I love having an in unit washer / dryer. Noise levels are kept to a minimum and neighbors are friendly."

Amanda is amazing and every interaction we have had with her has been positive. She always has been quick to reply and very helpful in coordinating lease agreements and work requests as well as happy to answer our many questions."
