"Close to campus, has a washer/dryer, good sized bedrooms. Kim is really easy woman to work with. Maintenance was timely. Definitely get what you’re paying for. The apartments are older so you do hear everything from upstairs go Greek row. Parking is limited above the hill. But other than that, for a college apartment it’s a good set up."
"Kim in the leasing office and the nice maintenance guys are absolutely amazing. Alongside the walk-ability to campus, they are the reason I re-newed! Kim is so helpful, nice, and caringand maintenance helps so fast compared to other places. Wonderful staff, awesome location, and not too expensive!"
"In 2019 the property was purchased by a demon company from hell. This company charged us for every possible thing you could imagine, including normal wear and tear items and cleaning, tho the apartment was kept in great condition. Good luck getting any part of your security deposit back. We lost our security deposit and in addition had to pay more. The apartments themselves *were a great deal* with good floor plans, near campus, and w/d which is kinda rare for Pullman. In the 5 years I lived in Pullman (not in a dorm), I lived in Willow Place for 1 year in a 3 bd 1 bath, leased somewhere else, then returned for 2 years in a 2bed 1bath. The previous property manager, Chris, was awesome. Respectful, straightforward individual who I built a great relationship with. I always paid rent on time, and I kept my units clean and damage free. I wish Chris was still there."
"For the most part, it's a great place to live. The location is perfect and the apartments are fairly large given the rental cost. The rooms are nice and everything seems adequately maintained. My main complaint is that given the proximity to Greek Row, there are often loud parties on the complex, even in the midst of a pandemic. Otherwise, no issues so far."
"The worst managed apartments! We have contacted the management company because we have been given 3 different leases with 3 different amounts. The office manager is no help and it seems to be run by unruly people who do not care about their tenants or their property. We have 2 families that have been lied to repeatedly. We would like our rent placed at the original, agreed upon amount, we need a copy of the correct lease, we need the damaged fixed in the apartment and we want Dana’s name removed from the lease."
