"Our son moved into his first ever apartment 2 weeks ago....it did not go smoothly! The apartment had not been cleaned and some items were broken......this seemed to be the common theme throughout the complex. We found out that the property had just been sold to a new owner in July and it was obvious the old owners did not care about the property and the tenants. Aside from the maintenance issues, it was clear that the old company pulled the old "bait and switch" by showing the young adults a shiny new apartment and then renting them old, disgusting ones. The lease that our son signed was clearly not for the apartment he was actually given. Trying to talk to the office staff was less than fruitful and the office manager walked off the job 2 days after students started to arrive for move-in. The new owners flew in 2 regional managers to handle the chaos and once we were able to explain what had been promised vs. actually received, all necessary adjustments were made. Maintenance came in and took care of all the cosmetic issues as quickly as possible. I am giving a 5 star rating because the new company (Nelson Brothers) took care of our issue the right way and quickly. They were very pleasant to deal with."

"The apartments were cheap before the new management took over. I lived in a four bedroom apartment for two years while they were going through renovations and transitioning to the new management. Old management was horrible! But the new management isn't much better. I had one of the old apartments that weren't renovated yet and they had spent practically our whole deposit on "cleaning", we were charged for not buying new drip pans for the oven, they were going to be putting in stainless steel appliances anyways! Now we were ALL reported to collections because one of our roommates "apparently" didn't pay rent (she has a bank statement for the rent). We were never notified and said roommate was never contacted about the issue. They have her contact information and did absolutely nothing, now it's a year later we have to deal with this issue. Luckily we are still in Pullman and able to deal with this issue. If you want to spare a headache, don't rent from them and expect it to go smoothly."

"They don't have the courtesy to send out a notice that they are doing construction in the bedroom that is attached to your bedrooms wall. It wouldn't be a problem if it didn't start at 8:50 in the morning. They decided to tell us that we missed rent for the month of June even though we moved in on the 20th and threatened immediate eviction if we didn't have it paid by the time the office closes(it was 4pm when we were notified). We received a notice that the 2 pairs of shoes we had on our deck that were very unnoticable(flip flops and hi top converse) would be removed at $75 an item when our neighborhood has had a grill on his porch all year which they said was a lease violation. But he is totally in the clear and doing nothing wrong. Our "newly renovated" apartment had flooring peeling up when we moved in, the toilet paper holder broke within the first week, our shower was clogged within the first two weeks, and worst of all this $815 apartment we are paying for is handicap accessible. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with that except for they never told us when we were singing the lease. Even though my fiance is visibly very tall at 6'3 and I'm 5'9. Also nothing is soundproofed at all, you can hear your neighbors having a clear conversation if you aren't even listening. And honestly I don't even want to know what our return on our deposit will look like because they are probably going to scalp that too. Very very unhappy with our renting experience here and would not recommend to anyone."

"Seems nice at first and the office staff talks a good game but it was the worst apartment I have lived in. They strait up lied about the floor plan and would not do anything to help us with any of our accommodation. Repairs took weeks to fix and they always barged in at the most inconvenient times. The amenities like the pools were closed almost the whole year. Then when we cleaned and left we only got $20 back from our $400 deposit! They are lairs and thieves, do not rent with them."

"I've really loved living here. The 2 bedrooms are HUGE and you can't beat the price for having a washer and dryer in your apartment. The A/C isn't the strongest but it definitely cools the whole place in the summer and the pool is always super nice to have. They're starting renovations right now and everything is already looking like it's better taken care of."
