"As always Clarke Terrace Apartments Maintenance is at the top of their game and continues to do outstanding work. My issue was the kitchen sink backing up, and in the bathroom the shower head leaking. Thanks to this great team of Fred, Tyler and Don, who arrived shortly after I sent my email, and, in short order, had everything working properly! Thanks, guys! You're the best!"

"This is my first google review ever, honestly I never felt the urge to leave a review until now...Kim the property manager of Clarke Terrace is the best!!!!! She was always SUPER friendly, genuinely liked to help, and whenever I needed something done...she made it happen ASAP! If you are looking for a great family friendly atmosphere away from the college students, not only will you find it here in your apartment, but the property manager will treat you like family as well. Wish I could select more than 5 stars because Kim really is that great of a person!!!! If you're looking to rent here do it, and Kim don't ever change because you are the bees knees!!!!!!!!"

"Landlord was awesome, helped with all sorts of questions and issues, move in was quick and easy, neighbors are quiet and respectful, everything is well maintained for its age and it's a nice community."

"If I could give this place negative stars I would! I lived here for a year and counted down the days until my lease was up. My downstairs neighbors had small children that would bang around doing who knows what until the early mornings. Landlords did nothing about it even though they pride themselves on being a quiet community. I contacted the police and still nothing changed. This is supposed to be a smoke free area. Neighbors smoked, landlords did nothing about it. Even though neighbors kept a coffee can filled with cigarette ash by the front door. Neighbors also let their wild children color on the front door. This is also supposed to be a firework free area, on the Fourth of July my downstairs neighbors lit a Roman candle that shot up hitting the side of our balcony. Landlords still didn’t do anything about it. Stay away from these apartments they look decent and low priced but not worth the headache and sleepless nights."

"Quiet and relatively cheap partments, some with nice hilltop views. But some of the buildings and sidewalks are crumbling and nothing is near "top of the line." In July of 2017 the shortsighted management ended all recycling pick up, just to save themselves money."
