"DO NOT EXPECT MUCH! I live up by the water tower and there is no privacy AT ALL! The apartment will tell you that it is a nice spot for a view and completely ignore the obvious invasion of privacy it is to have multitudes of people loiter outside your apartment to look at the sunset EVERYDAY. I have people park their car right outside my apartment and just sit in their cars and smoke weed FOR HOURS on end. Just tonight some car with loud music was parked outside my apartment for 3 hours until 10 pm. This place is not what you're looking for, unless you are a child!!"

"Maintenence wasn't a great experience. When they came the first time to fix my dryer they came unprepared and condescending. When they came the second time they were here for like 10 minutes then left. My dyer still takes 3 loads to fully dry a small load, so problem not fixed."

"Honestly this place is great especially for student living. The maintenance guys are amazing especially Kennith! The staff are great and really understanding. The only complaint would be getting people to pick up dog poop but that’s it. I used the roommate finder and got an amazing roommate! I would recommend this over the other student living in Pullman."

"If you plan on paying $100+ extra to live up on the hill in the top 400s, keep in mind you will get no privacy and be bombarded with kids coming up there to party and smoke at all hours of the day!! Oh, and the staff are mostly students, so there is usually nothing they can do, or so they think. Enjoy... kind of."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE, They lure you in with promising initial deals but they screw you over in the end with move out fees even if you’ve cleaned your place perfectly. They want to charge me $40 for cleaning my bathroom sink WHEN I ALREADY CLEANED IT. The photo provided is from when I CLEANED it for move out. This just ONE of the many fees totaling up to hundreds of dollars. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else. EDIT: The management team does what it can to help when confronted, but it doesn't excuse the poor yearly service for the overall complex, let alone the still massive charges you'll pay if you don't have proof. If you do live here, MAKE SURE to take BEFORE and AFTER pictures for when you move in and out"
