"Not bad prices for Pullman, but I can definitely say not a 10/10 experience. You don’t hear much from Anita during the lease, which is good, but any time I would contact her in regards to something, she was almost never friendly. Also charged us for cleaning certain aspects of the apartment when we moved out that were cleaned before we left. Some of the apartments aren’t new at all and need some fixing. We had yellowish water almost consistently in our unit (we heard our bathtub and faucet was worked on after we left) and our windows in the bedrooms always accumulated condensation, therefore mold. Again, not the worst experience for the money but definitely don’t expect friendliness if you ever have questions or concerns. It was almost never pleasant talking with them even though we were the ones putting money in their pockets. Not saying to steer totally clear of this company, just a few things I would liked to have known."

"Best Apartments in Pullman! The apartments are reasonably priced, with friendly management! Anita is really sweet and understanding and you can go to her with any issue you have and she makes sure to fix it right away because she seems to care about her tenets unlike some other places! I feel this place is a true gem, and if you want a cozy apartment with a great price this place is the place to rent!"

"Anita has some beautiful rentals for a great price! We are over in the Lealand apartments and love them, they are spacious and good quality with giant balconies and overall very nice neighbors. We have had nothing but good experiences with Anita and she seems very nice and genuine. Another bonus is she works with college students so if you don’t have a credit score or rental history she uses personal references of character instead and it’s totally awesome! Another bonus, you can have pets there for a pretty low one time fee and there are decent sized yards to walk your pets in. 100% would recommend!"
