"Lived in the Grandview Park apartments. Here were some of the issues I encountered: - The day I moved in the neighbors above me were banging around and screaming non-stop. My roommate who lived there before me said this wasn't an issue just the day before. Throughout the time I lived there, they dropped a bunch of stuff onto our balcony, Mostly cigarettes beer boxes. I filed multiple complaints about this and nothing was done until I threatened to get an attorney. The neighboring apartment complexes were always partying. There was always noise and never a quiet hour, even after midnight. The walls were thin and you could hear any time a toilet was flushed or water was running in any of your neighboring apartments, and it wasn't quiet. - There were no doors on the closet. My bedroom door had issues with the lock were it would twist with the knob when I turned the door knob. I got locked out of my room because of this once, and never left my room without my key because of this. The front door was falling apart and scrapping against the door frame as it opened. It started to peel the frond layer of the door off when we opened it by the time I was moving out. - They charged a collective $545 between the 3 of us that lived there to replace a cheap set of blinds in the living room. I found the same blinds at Walmart for $8. If you're currently living there, replace your blinds before you leave (It's not hard to do and they cost $8.) - During winter break I went out of town to go see some friends. One of my other roommates was already gone by the time I left but the other was still there through winter break. While I was out of town my roommate who was staying through winter break said there were people in out apartment. I double checked that I locked the door before I left and my roommate was still there when I left. I notify the property management before I left I was gonna be out of town so they wouldn't be able to fine me if there was any kind of complaint. I'm pretty sure they let people in our apartment. My roommate said when he walked out of his room and they saw him, they left immediately. I wish I could give more information about this but I wasn't there when it happened. Over all, I think they thoroughly earned this 1 star review."

"Very neat and comfortable accommodation.Excellent customer care from the staff at coug housing . The responses to maintenance work requests are efficient .Coug housing is a great place to feel at home away from home"

"You’re paying for more than it’s worth, the appliances are cheap, the maintenance is slow because it seems they only have one person for all their requests. I know their repairs are cheap when I can see tape under their new paint job. You can say you try all you want, but I requested to have my AC fixed in the middle of a heat wave, yet they didn’t even come and check it till 4 days later. They don’t deny having only one person for their requests yet that one person is somehow supposed to visit 17 complexes “within 24 hours” Looking at reviews from 2 years ago, they haven’t changed or bettered any of their problems. I’d find another place if possible"

"Well it took us till college year 4 to find this group, but so grateful we did. The staff at Coug Housing Campus Ridge Apartments were amazing. The phone contact I had throughout the year was always friendly and informative no matter who I talked to. They would easily answer my random "Mom questions" about check in/check out, parking, autopay- it didn't matter what I asked. They were always so polite. The fees were fair. They included many items that normally would be add ons at another location. The apartments were nice and the location to campus was good. They continually offered fun monthly events for the students like taco tuesday, margarita or pizza drop ins, ice cream bar, finals week 'energy incentives', so many free, thoughtful ways to make the students feel special year round. This was such a great way to finish college. We previously rented from another group (*RA) that was a nightmare. So we were skeptical trying out a new location. Hands down, Coug Housing Campus Ridge nailed it. Thank you for all you do!"

"Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good things about Coughousing! My daughter’s sorority live-out burned down a week ago and Coughousing was absolutely amazing about getting us into a new 5 bedroom place! David, Katie & Kristina bent over backwards to get us in right away! I really can’t rave enough about them! Nordstrom level customer service! Thanks again!! Even had a welcome basket waiting for us! ☺️"
