"Here is an honest and complete review. I contacted Chris on a Friday and exactly 8 days later we arrived in town met with Chris and he showed us a list of properties he had put together for us to look at in the pouring April showers on a Saturday and Sunday. We were limited on time and Chris only knew what we wanted based off a few e-mails and text messages. When we went to look at rural land in the rain Chris didn’t hesitate to walk the property with us, he even had his compass and maps so we could see the entire property which is something I didn’t even think about. He went above and beyond by far! Needless to say we found a piece we liked and currently have an offer pending. On a side note (hence the 4 star) after we finished looking we went to the Sandpoint office to complete the paperwork and another agent named Ryan was there and interrupted Chris while he was explaining some paperwork to me and then didn’t have the decency to bother introducing himself. I didn’t much care for that at all. My advice is to choose your agent based on what you’re trying to purchase! Thanks again Chris."

The agent you are referring to did cause our company issues and is no longer working for us. I hate to admit she is still in the business working for a competitor."

"This real estate company is like any other in that they have some good agents and some bad, but most of them care deeply about their clients and represent them honestly. The Sotheby's brand is known throughout the world, and so this company doesn't hire rookie agents - they make sure they have experienced Realtors ready to help and put their best foot forward. If you aren't happy with a particular agent, just ask for another one. There are plenty of amazing ones. :)"

"Came here from the east coast to settle down. Began a home search with an agent from Tomlinson. Caught the agent in a lie trying to influence us. She was trying to get more money for the seller. Lied about pending documents to try to make us think we were locked in after we realized what was happening. We managed to leave without losing any funds and with a lot more wisdom. There aren't many options in Coeur D' Alene but I suggest you look elsewhere. It is buyer beware and the agent we dealt with proved morality is never considered here."
