"Horrible communication!! We applied for a property and were approved. We were supposed to view it, and sign papers on 3/1… They straight up GHOSTED us!! We called them repeatedly with no answer, and they still (7 days later) have not got back to us!! Terribly disappointed with their LACK of service. Would LOVE the money we waisted back as well but we all know that’s not how it works unfortunately. lesson learned - do not rent from them!"

"Good luck getting any deposits back from them. Rented with them for a few years, They will charge you for things that previous tenants left on the property like storage sheds even when you told them day one before moving in and before moving out that it was the previous tenants, they say don't worry about it and you wouldn't be penalized for it."

"liars and thieves. dishonest company. who will steal your deposits. we had Marsha before and she was great but t she left during the month I was also leaving the property, then we had a girl named Jamie whom I never met and they told me that she wasnt available to do a walk through when I called the office, they refused to do a walk through and just told me to return the keys and sign here and there. then they took my deposit and made up charges like 65$ per hour cleaning labor. and 450$ steam cleaning for 3 bedrooms and one living room which I have already hired someone to steam clean and left the house in good shape. they have earned their bad reviews. unprofessional and thieves. so if your renting under this property management now don't bother to do the right thing to clean and leave the house in good shape as they will do everything not to give your money back. they're rude and not helpful. just plain thieves. and its disgusting."

"I've been living in my rental a little over a year now. Getting a rental is so hard these days and back when I was needing one on my own it was very hard to find one. As a recently single mom who was a stay at home parent for two years, not many places were understanding of my credit situation, but Cda Property Management helped me out TREMENDOUSLY in finding a rental perfect for my son and I. Everyone I have spoke with here has been extremely kind, especially Marsha. I've had few problems with things in my home and Marsha has always been right on top of sending help my way, even after business hours! If you are needing a rental I HIGHLY recommend these guys!"
