"I have heard nothing but bad things about this company and the person that runs it. I know someone that tried to rent from them and they charged a $1400 deposit and threatened to send her to collections unless she paid after she declined to take the place 3 days after viewing the lease. All I can say is do not pay anything unless you see the lease agreement first! If you have questions about the lease, ask around and I guarantee you will chose to rent with someone else."

"Violated state statutes on returning deposits. Rented home after disabling smoke detectors and removing outlet and switch covers. We had to replace the electrical devices due to sagety concerns. Rented as non-smoking unit. Took 6 weeks to air out the apartment to get rid of the odor. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher by previous tenant. Repairs not made within 3 days as required by state statute. Entered property without giving notice as stipulated in lease. District attorney should investigate. Rental unit not cleaned before move in. Previous tenant left food in pantry, refrigerator and both freezers. Cat hair everywhere. SLUM LORDS. AS PROPERTY OWNER REPRESENTATIVE THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING TO ENSURE YOUR PROPERTY VALUE. AS FOR THE TENANTS THEY ARE ONLY AFTER ONE THING, YOUR MONEY."
