"I would give this place 0 stars if possible. They are extremely rude and they act like they can’t be bothered to help you. Both lady’s in the office are always so rude and act like yours the biggest inconvenience to them. The maintenance men are very nice but I went over a month with no oven waiting for them to come fix it. I highly don’t recommend this place."

"A few months into living her, maintenance guys knocked to fix out balcony. Having not heard about it, but also having roomatws that might of not mentioned it, they were let in. Tore up half of the support of the balcony above us to later find out they were supposed to be at the apt below us. This was 9+ month ago and it still hasn't been fixed. Nearly 2 months ago, someone mowing hit a rock and chucked a piece of there mower blade at our slider, shattering the outside pane of glass. We were told someone would be out the next day to clean the glass and measure for the new pane of glass... no one came. Phone call. They give us a date nearly a month from then that they will be out. Ooook. We clean up the glass ourselves. 2 weeks after that supposed date and still no one has shown up. To top it off, the office recently lied to us about towing our car. Now I was parked in there not quite legal handicap parking spot for the umpteenth time as everyone has done many times late at night when no other spots are available. Office said that the tow company comes around and must have taken it. Tow company policy is they only come when called by offices. Were trying to move out asap."

"Paid rent on time + check got cashed = late fee? When I moved in, I was told me there was no way for me to pay rent online, I HAD TO deliver a check. That was frustrating initially, but it is what it is. I got used to the inconvenience of making a special trip down to the office to pay. Well, I got charged a late fee one month. Apparently they had sent out a "notice" one month saying that they were no longer accepting checks and rent HAD TO be paid online. The lady at the office told me the notice was titled referral bonus where they mentioned this VERY IMPORTANT NEW CHANGE, which I feel should have been the title. What do I know though? I honestly doubt I was the only one this affected by this dubious change since I remember seeing countless checks in the box that night, and I actually was struggling to get mine into the box due to the sheer amount of people who paid their rent like normal. Either way I had done what I always did and paid my rent on time in the box which isn't locked off or anything, and has no note signifying this change, despite in no longer being in service. Needless to say, management told me that I had to pay the $75 dollar late fee, It was IMPOSSIBLE for them to remove that charge. It feels kind of dirty and I'm not gonna renew my lease. They got and additional $75 dollars from me and I assume dozens of other residents. Luckily, they still cashed my check that was turned in ON TIME. Probably made a couple thousand in late fees from residents last October. That's really the antithesis of honesty and integrity. The new, and only, payment option online forces a service fee on you, in addition to rent. My lease had no mention of 30 dollar monthly service fees to simply take my money."

"Love my home and management company!! The maintenance is amazing and very kind. They installed a new dishwasher when I was at work, loaded and started it as well! Sondra and April are attentive and always address my concerns. They are fast at responding and very helpful. It's good seeing bad reviews, that means management is doing their jobs well @Seoras."

"I was a tenant of Trails End Apartments from May of 2016 - July 2018. Initially the complex was quiet and a near ideal place to rent for the first year. After the first year the complex went downhill, fast. I had 3 vehicles on site and all 3 were broken into. Luckily I don't keep much but change in my cars but they managed to take the change anyways. I have been approached by someone, I assume a resident, asking if I wanted to smoke pot with him because he wanted to make some new friends. I lived on the second floor and a group of young kids who partied every weekend moved in above us and I routinely had to threaten to call the police because of how loud the parties and people jumping on the floor became. I routinely smelled a burning plastic or electrical smell when these parties happens which I researched and found that meth and crack both happen to smell like. The trash situation is abysmal. There is one dumpster for two full buildings and it routinely spills over onto the pavement. I feel bad for the garbage man who picks up all of the trash bags that are left on the ground because there is no more room in the dumpster. I had a friend who lived in another part of the complex and he had a pot smell coming through the floor from the person below him and it was never dealt with even after he contacted management. I gave my notice to vacate 2 weeks before it was due (a total of 1.5 months before I actually vacated). When I received my partial deposit back (approximately 5% of total paid), I was charged for an additional day of rent despite handing the keys over, in person, before my lease ended. In closing, this complex allows anyone and everyone to move in, regardless of who they are or what riff raff comes along. The property managers have been switched out several times and there is no familiar faces at the office. Overall the actual apartment wasn't horrible and was suitable. However, having every one of my vehicles broken into, overflowing trash, drugs, parties, and bad management have taken this once respectable complex and turned it into a near-ghetto."
