"We been here in seltice seniors,we have no problems . Neighbors are great. We have some dog issues,but we just put up a fence around by our door so that other people's pets don't pee on our plants."

"Worst apartments to live in. The main lady in the office (Maria) is VERY rude and unprofessional. A pipe burst in mine and my neighbors apartment so they ripped out the floors in the bathrooms and pantry. That was fine, but it’s been over a month and I still don’t have the floors back. They turned off my water without notice and I haven’t had it in over a month. They give NO notice when they are doing anything. If you like reckless, messy, screaming kids who are always pulling stuff out of the dumpsters this is the place for you."

"We were one of the last tenants to move into Bldg A end of Nov 2018. Maria, the Apartment Manager, is OUT OF THIS WORLD FANTASTIC, ORGANIZED, SWEET and CARING. There are usual glitches of a brand new complex with a brand new street. Tenants are nice and considerate, parking spaces-a-plenty, the N. Hudson Circle road sign went up end of Dec., road is not on GPS yet, USPS won't deliver until mailbox towers have some issues fixed, laundry hook ups in apartments (but not the washer and dryer) and tenant laundry facility building is not finished, but is being worked on, Fed Ex and UPS deliver to our doors. Bldg B began to be housed first of January 2019."
