"Pleasant place to live, good leasing office staff, maintenance is timely, helpful and polite, and it's a quiet area between Spokane and CdA. There are just a couple of notable quirks: - The online payment portal is disabled for a week or so towards the end of every month. Frustrating sometimes when you want to get a payment done and have to keep checking back. - The front of buildings are labeled with a range of addresses rather than listing each address/unit number. Unfortunately, this is not intuitive. My friends and delivery drivers have expressed this frustration to me quite a bit. - Rent continues to climb significantly and Bitterroot is certainly no exception."

"Just moving in today but I can't say enough about the professionalism and courteousness of the staff. My unit is beautiful and we had a nightmare time with the background check thanks to yours truly. They were accommodating and got us in when we thought it was gonna take weeks. The location is beautiful and I couldn't be happier! Specific shout out to shay and Laura and whoever else was calling like crazy to get things done. Appreciate the living F out of yall!"
