"honestly doesn't deserve a 1 star. this place has been nothing but problems since we moved in. they say macitence is included in rent - WRONG! maintenance can just decide when they want to come on to the balcony and apparently it's fine. they want to charge me every time they get a noise complaint which i get to a certain degree but it's just me and my husband here. no parties in fact we rarely have people over. for almost $1700 a month (w/o wifi, electric, etc.) everything is done so cheaply. if you keep you apartment super clean it doesn't matter. they won't give you your deposit back then then told us they are going to charge us $10,000 extra when we were going to move out. management says a lot of things and NEVER follows through with it. for example, they said they would understand if rent was late because of my medical issues and then charged us almost 2 months of rent. or they say you have one courtesy removal of a late fee and never follow through. they made an error on their side while trying to pull rent from my account and I GOT CHARGED FOR YOU and not to mention they never took it off. everything breaks. like everything. our fan broke when we first moved in here (spring time) and it fall now and no one has reached out. i have multiple rude emails and have been on the other line of multiple snotty phone calls. overall this place is an absolute joke. they say there's a waiting list to get into this place but will not let other people move in until you literally can not make a payment and you go into default pay. Rudeen and management here at Riverview apartments are just greedy people and are only in for the money. also if you wanted to go to the gym here, don't. it's disgusting. plus they have like no decent gym equipment, planet fitness is worth the $10 a month. if you have a problem good chance is the office won't even be open. they are closed for about 3 days a week out of the 6 they say they are open. they also close early whenever they feel like it. good luck trying to get approved or getting a decent lease here. what ever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!"

"Lived here for a year. My experience with the staff was incredible. Especially Noelle. What a treat. I was sad to leave that exceptional view from my fourth floor unit. Grounds were always immaculate. Never once had a single problem with any of the appliances. I'll sure miss this place. Thank you for the great experience"

"I can hear my neighbor's music, their footsteps...even their pugs running around above me...and it's not because they're loud, it's because the insulation sucks. I would expect better appliances, newer flooring (there was a tear in the carpet when I moved in which was noted during my walk through - I was told "it should be fine if you're going to have a tv stand or something over here..."), etc for the amount of rent I pay, but it was the only 3 bedroom in the area I could find and I needed something asap so I settled. *Update - if you don't want to smell cigarette smoke at all hours of the day and night, live somewhere else. It's stated in the lease that smoking isn't allowed near doors/windows, but apparently that doesn't apply to balconies, so what's the point of the rule? It's a real bummer that I can't have my windows open to enjoy the spring weather. My assigned, covered parking spot (a supposed perk) is two buildings away. When I asked at the office if they could move it when someone with a closer spot moved out, I got a hard no and the claim that parking spots cannot be reassigned. I'm not sure who assigned them in the first place, but I'm pretty sure my nine year old could have done a better job. Rent just went up, quality of maintenance down. If I could do it over, I would have held out for an opening elsewhere."
