I am sure now they are aware they will be responsible for damages to the vehicles over this blatant abomination. Edit: (-1 Star) Nothing has been done to rectify this issue. Yu can't just come here and say you will do something and not follow through. I'd remove all of your stars if I could. FIX THE ROAD!"

"The speed bumps are very ruff. The lack of effort to maintenance of most anything out there is evident just driving through. Yards, roadways, trailers, and the nicest things out there are the mailbox, and the fence for the gated community trailer park on the left side. It is not part of the same trailer park."

"The people in the park as a community seem to be pretty good they treat my mother very well who lives in Eloika Pines, however, the lot rent is more expensive than the actual mobile home payment if you're buying a place; that kind of bothers me and they have strict rules which is good on one hand but on another hand you know they demand to have everything clean and picked up and yards done and everything yet it feels like it's enforced on some people but not on others because there's some really nasty looking trailers in there. I think if they would get rid of the older looking trailers and fix the yards and stuff, I think it would be an excellent place but it's just my opinion I don't live there I just go and visit my mom."

"So it's 415 and management never showed up to plow our community you don't want to live here believe me it's nothing but frustrated and you'll be sorry you'll regret it Today is 11/10/2020 and it's 12:30pm and management is no where in sight and our roads have not been plowed, The last time we got snow a couple of weeks ago management showed up at 4 o'clock in the afternoon to plow people have to go to work in the morning people have to go to the grocery stores during the day plowing at 4 o'clock in the afternoon does nobody any good we pay for this out of are rare and you can see that management does not take care of this place they do not take pride in the community they do absolutely the least possible that they can get away with do not move here. Don't move to this park management does absolutely nothing but just take your rent money they do not maintain the park they they don't care about the tenants, they don't care about your complaints, I would not move here and the rent is pricey and it goes up every year. And even though they may stay that they listen to complaints and listen to the tenants they do not. And they raise our rent every year any where from $50.00 to $90.00 every year since I've been here. Just come and see for yourself what the park looks like."

"Cleanest low income trailer park I have ever seen. Residents might be poor wallet wise, but they choose not to live in a self inflicted dump like so many other low income parks."
