"One of the most unacceptable treatment of human life I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The minute you have contact with them they are combative. More intrested in establishing there status . I dont think the housing they are offering warrants the unpleasent and arrogent behaviour you would have to be subjected too. In my opinion this is a place for ypu if your ready to be pushed aside and do not have self respect. They will gladly offer that. Does the goverment that offers your programs know hpw they treat people?"

"The apartments are nice for the price and convenient to shopping. The one drawback is reaching anyone in the office. The office is only open 3 days a week."

"They will not give you a written entering notice if they are coming in. I received a text at 6am this morning letting me know someone is inspecting and to make sure my apartment is clean and tidy. Which is highly unfair because it’s always clean, but I would’ve made more of an effort for an inspection. I work late nights so I was very much asleep and woke up to my door bell ringing, pounding on the door, and someone yelling inside the house. So unprofessional and very rude. I felt bad for the maintenance guy because he had no idea that people were not properly informed and that he was disturbing everyone in the unit."

"These apartments are very new, clean and well maintained. The downside is that they are built in an older, rundown area of town. I would be cautious about renting an apartment here longterm. Hopefully the management will take better care of this complex than many around it. I do not live here, but toyed with the idea because the rent is low for Cd'A. The problem there is, it attracts a people who might not care about things, to put it nicely."
