"Owners are blunt, but, nice. Manager is nice, but, refuses to do anything about anything, except for demanding rent payments. My truck was broken into 3X in six months time, they refused to replace lightbulbs in the covered parking area to remedy the issue. They never take any complaints seriously and as far as Maintenance good luck... The Maintenance Man is overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid, as well as he has to follow management's instructions, so it could take him anywhere from three weeks to three years to get any problems fixed. Not to mention everyone of the apartments have a black mold problem in walls and ceilings! On top of that, there's the Free-Range children problem... And the guy with the car lot being run out of his apartment, having 5-20 vehicles taking up most of the good parking spots.... Wouldn't wish these apartments on my worse enemies!"

"I stay with boyfriend who lives there, and it was a great place until about 10 months ago. The neighbors let their kids and dog run wild and all over our back patio and try to come in our front door. Other kids love to ring the doorbell (which is unplugged now) and knock on the door and run off. We leave peanuts out for the squirrels and the kids come and steal them, I'm thinking mom and dad need to get better jobs so they can afford food for their kids. Also same idoit parents are running a car lot out of the apartment complex!!!"

"Decent space for the cost, but not the highest quality. Just moved in and all the sudden I'm not as excited about my new apartment.. The landlord is really cool, though."

"This is a grate place to live if your on a limited/lame income. But if your one of those privileged types who's income is a bout $1,500 to 1,800 per month. You can do better. I've had problems with rusty goo traveling down the walls in the bathroom when I run hot water and the coin activated dryers here are crap. It costs about $15 to do a load of laundry effectually. But from a poor moocher and disabled retard who gets his living money from the state (1,012/month). This is'nt all that bad."

"management on sight is nice and friendly, Owners can be a bit blunt and rude at times, I have never had them be rude to me but I have seen mike an owner being very rude to a person. The problems I am having and other people I talk to having the same problems is...outlets need to be replaced badly, some 2nd floor porches are covered with wood(reason unknown) have asked many times and got the run around.. I personally take great care of my place and management knows I do, things I need fixed takes me 2 or 3 calls or walks to remind them to fix what needs to be fixed.. but the apartments that are trashed and dirty seem to take priority over the taken care of apartments. East side of the apartment complex has had a lot of car break in and windows smashed and car tires flat in the last 5 months. doesn't seem like it is fixed at this time but has slowed down in the last 2 weeks. Hoping it will not be happening anymore very soon. As far as rent and price in my option it could be lower because of the size and storage and up keep around the complex should be better for how much we pay. ALSO WASHER AND DRYERS ARE NASTY HERE not taken care of or cleaned much, off sight clothes cleaning is a must if you don't want dingy grimy feeling clothes after you wash them, I have had rocks and cat litter on my clothes after I washed and dryer them many times, also has other people I know here.. we all will not use the washer and dryer here. My tip to you don't rush into a place plan your move and know what you want and don't settle your perfect place is out there. thanks for reading , Happy moving day have a great day/night/morning."
