If people were required to leave a review on places they go there would be so much more positivity then not."

"If I could give Mary anne zero Stars I would I thought she was a decent person who had compassion for the people but just 24 hours after my boyfriend had passed away she told me I had to pack my belongings and vacate the property immediately. She offered to help set my stuff outside, if I needed help but it was in his rude and heartless demeanor. She had no consideration for the fact that my boyfriend had just passed away and I was grieving. Her only concern was to get me out ASAP and to keep the deposit for our apartment. She told me because I wasn't on the lease that I had to vacate immediately but finding out now because I lived there longer than 6 months I did have some rights she should have at least given me till the end of the month it was only 2 weeks to move out that's what compassionate person would have done! She's cold heartless and a slum Lord as far as I'm concerned. I'm going to be calling the Better Business bureau and reporting her."

"This complex is crawling with bed bugs. They dump there hazardous waist in the parking lot. When they evict someone with bed bugs they throw the stuff in the parking lot causing an outbreak if bed bugs in other areas of the buildings. The outside of the building is in disrepair and molding. Mary Ann is the slum queen of pigsty ally. She ignores the hookers, meth dealers and users. They throw industrial waist into the dumpster."
