Park Villas

"We were residents from June 2021 through October 2023. Overall, a good experience. The positives: it's a newer complex, so units are in good condition; rent is generally on par with others in the area; location is decent; maintenance staff super helpful and friendly. The less-than-positives: in the time we were there, there was (or seemed to be) a bit of turnover in the office; 3-bedrooms are on 2nd floor only*; some of the rules like bikes were supposed to be walked off the property and not ridden on the sidewalks or parking lot were kind of absurd--understand from a safety standpoint, but come on...; this is more of a personal pet peeve, but monthly newsletters were sent as PDF files rather than standard HTML ones through something like MailChimp or the like, with little intro...didn't come across very professional. *the footnote: the 3-bedroom on 2nd floor thing was something that became a critical issue for us. Our youngest is disabled and a wheelchair user. Wasn't a big deal when we first moved there, because she was tiny. But between thriving here in Idaho and gaining in size and weight, carrying her up and down all the time became more of an issue, and the apartment layout wasn't really conducive to her using her wheelchair in it much (not even mentioning having to carry up and down the stairs as well). BUT...I brought the concerns up with the president of the management company, and before I even had the chance to ask, he graciously offered to let us out of the lease if we found a place more suitable to her needs, which we eventually did."

"The manager, at this location, is an absolute joke. Zero communication. I put down a $200 hold over 2 weeks ago with a move in date less than a month away. I had to call ever 5 days to see what’s taking so long with my application. Excuse after excuse, after excuse about why the app is taking so long. The manger had zero communication with me. Thankfully the staff at Prairie Point, who is owned by the same management company, was able to approve us within 24 hours. I contacted Villas to inform them I need my deposit refunded and I will be moving in with their sister property. I was told an email or phone would find me to confirm this request. This was 5 days ago. These folks at Villas just called my wife yesterday asking if we were still moving in! Total joke, no one knows what’s going on in that office. 0/5 stars if I had a choice."

"My husband and I have lived at Park Villas since December and having no experience in an apartment setting prior, I am very pleased with our living conditions. Staff is always so friendly and prompt to take care of any questions, we love the amenities it has to offer including the dog park and walking path. We truly feel a sense of happiness and contentment since living here and couldn’t be happier."

"I just want to take a minute and tell everybody about my experience here at Park Villas. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a helping hand. With all the paperwork and getting into the apartment I always had a helping hand to answer my questions. This place is so pet friendly and my dog loves The dog park. I have had no issues with neighbors and nothing but kindness from people. I am truly sad to be moving out of this property. Thank you to everybody at the Park Villas for making my experience and my apartment a home."

"My boyfriend and I have rented from Park Villas twice and we have nothing but praise for them. Living in Idaho does come at a cost, living is expensive the population is growing. However I have felt so safe and so welcomed in the community. The front lady Gals are always so friendly. The maintenance is also fantastic. This community does live after 5 in the summer, there are walks all around and the area is up and coming with new things being built up. Also all the appliances are pretty new, barely any carpets in the home for all the pet lovers out there. I don't mind paying a little more for everything we get."
