Cherry Bluff Apartments & Cherry Ridge Apartments

"I want to begin this by saying that I have lived in several different apartment complexes during my time in the military, but I have never dealt with the negative experiences that I have had while living at the Cherry Ridge Apartments. My wife's car got stolen from their lot and they had little to no regard to the situation, we called to inform them but after several days they never got back to us. When we finally did receive contact, they stated that they were "thinking" about getting cameras installed. This still hasn't come to fruition and according to other residents, they said that this was a topic of debate for some time. The area as a whole has gotten significantly worse, even just driving up Cherry St. you can see cars that have busted in windows, squatters parked there for weeks, and gas caps left open after being syphoned. The amount of inept discretion that they have towards their residents safety and security of their property genuinely left me awestruck. Even over the course of the last few years, we lived next to two sets of neighbors that had CPS visits, blasted music multiple hours a day, had police arriving on scene due to overdoses, tons of people staying and going in-and-out during all hours of the night, couples arguing in the stairwells, etc. The fact that they aren't even vetting who lives on location once again shows that they don't care about their long time residents, which is the reason that so many are leaving in droves. Don't get me wrong, the apartment itself looked nice and under normal circumstances I would have loved being there, easily earning at least four stars. But as it stands, this has been one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have had living at this location. We have a lot of family in the area and have been long time community members in Spokane, I will ensure to let everyone know about my time at this complex and the issues that we had to deal with."

"The seal for the sliding door is cracking all the way around, there are stains all over the carpet, and part of the siding has broken off. What a mess. Then there are my upstairs neighbors that make so much noise day and night, it’s like a heard of elephants running around up there. It sounds like the ceiling is going to fall down. If you’re an online shopper, you can forget about it. I’ve had several packages stolen from my front door. Manage hasn’t done a darn thing about it. I CANNOT wait til this nightmare is over."

"The street is hill on both ends and snowing made it very hard to travel up and down the street it really needs first response snow emergency help."

"I needed to leave before the 20 day notice due to a family emergency. I was willing to pay my last days here. Ashley was not helpful at all. And honestly just don’t like the new management in general."

"They do nothing about music even though its in your lease. Keep calling if it makes you feel better."
