Bella Tess Apartments 17016 East Indiana Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99016

"I've only recently moved into Bella Tess, and would like to share some of my experiences so far. Keep in mind I have been moved in for less than a week, and a longer term review will likely go up as I post more photos of the property and surrounding area. Employees: Callie was amazing from start to finish with my leasing experience. I tried to do my due diligence prior to signing my lease to make things as easy as possible, and everything went quite smoothly. Callie kept me up-to-date on the process flow, was responsive to my questions, and kept me excited to get moved in to my new home. Kudos. Property: The property seems very nice so far, as much of the amenities are currently closed for Winter. I look forward to using the pool facilities and spending some nights near the fire. The property is kept clean, and the styling/paint design choices really keep the property looking modern. This is great in the Spokane area, as many properties were build several decades ago. Having a newer and modern feeling property goes a long way. Parking: Thankfully I work from home, so I'm not having to find parking on a daily basis, or I just might go mad. I've had to walk from near the main offices several times when I came back from errands and found no parking near my building. I accept this as I'm not paying for parking currently, though it is definitely on my radar if I could get a spot close to my apartment. Apartment: The apartments are very nice, especially for the area. I feel like they have done more than the bare minimum in their design and decisions for things like appliances and countertops. While the lower floors have a composite(?) countertop, they're still nice. The top floors have the very nice granite countertops, which would have been appreciated on the lower floors as well, especially with the minimal price difference between a floor 1 and floor 3 unit. The fridge and dishwasher are passably nice. They were probably about the same style as from when the property was built. You can see the age in them a touch, but overall they have held up well and keep a modern look, which I appreciate. Being in a phase 1 unit, I have central air, though it leaves me with less closet space, it has been pleasant so far being able to set my temperature schedules and assure my cat is happy while I'm away. The bathroom has a very large footprint, which is appreciated. The mirror is wonderfully large. The tub? Well, it's "normal" size, which is to say it won't fit an adult all that well. This, again, is expected in apartments. Overall: I'd recommend this property if you're looking for something slightly more upscale than the 70s-90s built units in the area. While they may cost a bit more than comparable apartments at other locations, the amenities and staff make up for this."

"Nice place but they overcharge. I signed a 7 month lease (weird I know but it was that or 19/20 months) for a studio, for 1325 and it was only that price for the first month it kept increasing by 100 each month until it hit 1800. My last month here I paid 1747.64. They also almost towed my car for being Parked in the correct spot. From my experience the people here do not care or do their jobs correctly. I would highly recommend you find someplace else to live"

"My boyfriend and I just moved into Bella Tess about 2 weeks ago. We were searching for apartments for months, and finally decided on Bella Tess and we are very grateful that we did! John made the experience of getting this apartment very smooth and exciting, he helped us with every step of this process. We are very happy with our choice to live here. We love the environment, how nice and modern the whole complex is, and of course the apartment itself is amazing. Highly recommend!!"

"Bella Tess is home for us! We have lived here for 3 years. It is like a resort with the beautifully kept grounds, clubhouse, fire pit and pool! We have a view from our patio of the pool and lovely grounds. Their hardworking employee Michael can be found working all over the grounds! He always has a smile for us! Jake manages a great maintenance crew who respond promptly to requests. It’s a little bit noisy outside but they are expanding across the street. We haven’t any issues with noise from neighbors. We are seniors and enjoy our life here at Bella Tess. Thank you Amanda for doing a fantastic job, keeping things running smooth. We look forward to the future with Bella Tess.h"
