The food was great and the gear (tents, sleeping bags etc.) was adequate. I especially appreciated the emphasis on Leave No Trace principles as well as safety, these are extremely important!! And the food was amazing! Better than food I'd normally have at home. There was so much wildlife everywhere, of many kinds. Everything worked liked clock work getting us to our destination exactly as explained. Once on the River we had an amazing trip. The staff took amazing care of us. Food was fabulous. They shared lots information that made the trip even more interesting. The scenery was breathtaking and the rafting was exciting. I always felt like every precaution was taken to maintain our safety and comfort. We were traveling with our two teenage grandsons and the staff made sure they we occupied with rowing, kayaking, fishing and involved them in the entire experience.
