"I'm a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii and this was actually my first time buying a property while being represented by another agent. I found our agent, Lynda Fioravanti, while searching online for real estate in the area. We are so fortunate to have found Lynda and Realty Plus as our experience has been very positive and professional, from start to finish. Lynda did a great job keeping me and my wife updated as to possible listings that met our search criteria, prior to our travel to the area to look at properties in person. She then organized our showing days such that we were able to be efficient with our use of time while also seeing a variety of properties and areas so that we were able to better determine what areas we were most interested in. Given the distance between properties Lynda drove us around in her car, had prepared detailed documents for us on each property, along with a folder and shared her vast local and market knowledge with us as we drove around together. She is truly a wealth of information about the areas surrounding CDA, Sandpoint and Bonners Ferry! We learned so much while driving around with her. She even had some snacks and drinks in her car for us. When it came time to put an offer together she did a great job and was very responsive with what we needed. Since we were coordinating from another state it was very helpful to have her there to keep us in the loop on things.
