"Not a renter, just a prospect. I would not recommend just after my prospective experience. We were scheduled for this morning (2/15/2024) to view a listing that allegedly was not available until 2/14/2024, and on their website they did not consider applications until a showing is completed. I had been contacting real property management since 2/10/24 and only got a text and email back from Jason on 2/12/24. Over the next few days prior to our appointment, we had driven past this location, watched them clean up the yard but witnessed no viewings. At 7:50 this morning I received a text message asking me to respond confirm or deny for my appointment which I selected confirm, drove out to the rental property, which was cleaned and a nice lock on the door handle, only to find another prospect who stated she was also scheduled to view the unit, and that the agent was already 30 minutes late for her. I pulled up the website on my phone while we both were standing there to put my application in, and the listing was gone. We left as to not intrude on her viewing but watched her leave the driveway at 9:57 AM. Being our appointment was at 10:00 and no agent was there for ours either, I called them and spoke with “Josiah” who stated that an application was put in and approved and that nobody would be giving us a tour and that they “dropped the ball.” Being an individual who has myself worked in property management, this was an unprofessional and frustrating experience, I received no call or email from Jason or “Josiah” stating a cancellation in regards to this, and leads me to only imagine what actual renters go thru."

"I wouldn't rent from them. They have people drive by periodically to monitor the properties without any warning. They took over $1600 of our security deposit (which I know most places rob you of these, but their "invoice" of everything was dramatic). They exponentially raise the rent every lease renewal. Also they downplayed our house having black mold one time. And to top it off, the property was painted two different colors inside. It was not like that when we viewed it, but they were too lazy to fix their mistake I guess. Just not the best overall experience with a rental agency, but I think most experiencea are like that now."

"Jason is a very good person and a reliable property manager. Our experience with him for the last 2 years has been wonderful. His staff is also friendly and gets back to you on timely manner. We are very pleased."

"I have to agree with the other bad reviews on here. TERRIBLE communication. This property management company took over for our lease after we moved in. Honestly, they were fine with the couple maintenance requests we had but on move out everything changed. I had to request the list of stuff they wanted done and even though we cleaned they charged us way more than expected for cleaning. We left that place better than how we got it. Asked them to reach out to the owner to reimburse us for some of the cleaning expenses due to the discrepancy between the two leases and they said they would and then never heard back again. The little communication I got from Jason in an email had a ton of mistakes in it. Totally unprofessional as if it wasn't even looked over before sending. Would never want to rent a property managed by them again. I honestly usually never write reviews but wanted to warn people based on my experience."

"In the year I rented from RPM it has been nothing but the best thing I could’ve done. They have been responsive to any issues that came up and they were fixed quickly. Jason has been very responsive to calls placed about issues and the staff are amazing and very friendly. The house we rented was clean and in great shape and in a great neighborhood. Again thanks to RPM for being that friendly face when we moved here to start a new chapter in our life."
