"Our family had the pleasure of staying at Osprey Mountain Lodge, which was a beautiful experience. The view was incredible, the property was brand new and spotless, and the location was convenient to Coeur d’Alene. We originally booked a different property with Vacation Rental Authority, yet on the day of our cold arrival date in late December, the Vacation Rental Authority team discovered an issue with the heating system in that rental. They proactively called us to provide details and other rental options. The team made it easy for us to choose different lodging and we were impressed with both Osprey Mountain Lodge, as well as Vacation Rental Authority’s excellent customer care! We are frequent travelers, accustomed to making adjustments when things don’t always go according to plan, so we were especially grateful for Vacation Rental Authority’s thoughtful approach, demonstration of integrity and database of additional options. Had we booked this reservation with another entity, our lodging would likely have been cancelled, rather than upgraded. Well done, team - your 5 stars are well deserved and we will definitely return!"

"We had such a great time in Coeur d’Alene at the Forest Chateau with our three small children. It was a nice house in a great location downtown. My kids loved the toys there. They had a packnplay & high chair to use also. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. The hot tub was nice and easy to use. Only thing to change might be the rug under the dining table as it’s peeling up. Thanks for the great stay!"

"My family and I stayed at a beautiful house in Dalton Gardens. VRA was very attentive the whole time, from days leading up to our vacation until the end, they were available to assist with anything. My only issue was that a few beds had dog hair, I also didn’t realize this was a dog friendly house so next time I will make sure to rent a house that is pet free. Other than that our experience was fantastic!"

"Me and my whole family stayed at the Elk Country Lodge in Coeur d'Alene. It was very clean and exquisitely beautiful. The house was big enough for our family reunion of about 40 people. Plenty of seating indoors and outside as well as beds. The house came with business cards to local restaurants, and fun things to do. I will definitely be booking again with Vacation Rental Authority. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family whether they want a staycation here in town, or are traveling from far away."

"We stayed at the Salmon Run Condo managed by VCA for 11 days. We arrived on July 4th, and unfortunately their cleaning crew never showed and we checked into a very dirty condo. Could not reach anybody at VCA and ultimately my wife and I spent several hours cleaning the condo, running linens and towels through the wash, vacuuming, etc.. The next day, I finally connected over the phone with an assistant and they asked if we still needed the cleaning crew - kind of late for that. Had to be forceful to get VCA to reimburse for cleaning and inconvenience, but ultimately we reached an agreeable settlement amount. With that rough start, the remainder of our stay was fantastic. The location of this condo is amazing. Third floor balcony looks out over the Spokane River, with world class sunsets. Very secure and quiet complex, within walking distance of some great Post Falls restaurants. Great condo layout with 3 BR and 3BA's. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. We will definitely come back and stay at Salmon Run. Parking is super convenient, there is also an elevator, making hauling groceries up to the third floor pretty easy. Very good internet service in the condo. The owners recently outfitted the balcony with new furniture and new BBQ, along with a gas fire ring, super nice, as we spent a lot of time on the balcony. A few suggestions: The carpet does need either cleaning or replacing, and the bar stools are well worn, and should be replaced."
