"Had a great time with Epic Backpacker Tours trekking the Fann Mountains of Tajikistan. The trail was incredible, camping beside stunning lakes at the lower camps and then in a beautiful alpine environment at the higher camp. Andrey, our guide, really looked after us and cooked great food throughout the trek. The tour was also bookended with visits to the Silk Road cities of Samarkand and Bukhara in Uzbekistan making it a really well-rounded trip. Transfers and train journeys were included in the tour. No journey was longer than three hours meaning there weren't really long travel days so we could focus on the destination instead."
