"The staff, and the Doctor I saw were very pleasant . The only thing I had an issue with was the bill when I walked out of there. They encouraged me to have a photo taken of my eye. It is a machine you look into, and it takes scans of your eye. They informed me that insurance usually covers it. I figured they would know what services were covered under my plan. But, unfortunately when I was checking out they informed me that it was a non covered service. I was charged $40.00 for something that in my opinion not necessary. My eye exam wasn't the greatest. . They didn't even check my vision for defects close up. ( aka reading) Also, the optical was very expensive . In the future, please check for coverage before offering a service to a patient. Thanks. Edit: Now, they are trying to bill me for another service of 41.00 for " glasses correction test"??? Ok, so I just got a simple eye exam..no dialations etc. Send out a statement 3 months later for more charges..hmm ok weird!! I certainly won't be returning to this office."

"Ann sparacino and staff are absolutely amazing. My daughter was terrified last time she had to see an eye doctor due to the severity of what's going on with her eyes and she was so kind and gentle and explained what was going on and referred us to a specialist immediately. I would highly highly recommend child and family eye care. We live a couple hours away and will NOT be going anywhere else for any of my families eye care needs. Totally worth the drive"

"Everyone was warm and welcoming, quick and efficient!! My son is behind with reading and Dr. Laura took great care of him during his testing and finally gave us some answers! Everyone was welcoming to both of my kids (7yrs and 2yrs) and even though on the day of our first appointment, both kids forgot how to act in public, no one in the office batted an eye! They were all still pleasant and understanding. The staff in the glasses center were patient and kind. I look forward to more years of experience!"

"Absolutely amazing. Everyone is so friendly, my daughter and I can have appointments at the same time after school. They get is in and out quickly. We feel welcomed, like they are glad we are there! The waiting room is comfortable, they have delicious coffee and hot cocoa or water. I had eye therapy there a few years ago, and actually looked forward to going in and seeing everyone. I make the 20 minute drive to see them, instead of the numerous eye doctors around me, because they are just so wonderful."
