"Emailed them to discuss off grid coverage on a manufactured home December 26. We had back and forth conversations and it was like pulling teeth to get Summer to reply to me. I would go days without any news. As of January 25 I was told we had it in underwriting only to be told on the 26th it was declined due to no utilities. I made this clear to start as it's major information. I reviewed my email from a month prior and, yes, I had made it very clear it was off grid and we only wanted structural covering acts of nature. Yesterday I was told she'd keep looking. I decided to move on to an agency that at least acts like they're interested in your business, and within 30 minutes we found same coverage with another agency. Summer was very polite, but that was it. I would recommend skipping this agency and going with someone that cares and actually reads the information you provided. There is absolutely no excuse to take a month to get to underwriting. Then be declined because of information you already provided. You can buy a home in less time."
