We've got the run-around from the doctor and from Molina for the past 5-6 months now and around $500 in bills. Not only that, we can't reach our agent."

"Extremely unhelpful to the agency that I work for. Trying to call to get something corrected that Molina messed up on 24+ of our clients and every single person I talked to, even in the complaint department, told me it "wasn't there job or department let me transfer you" and then I would immediately get hung up on when I said my name and where I was calling from. No one was able to help me and the only ones who end up suffering due to the negligence of Molina Healthcare of Idaho is our clients and their patients. Not helpful. Very bad customer service."
