"I have not had a positive experienc with Pacific Source. They cover the absolute barest minimum on everything.. I've been going back and forth with them for 6 months to get my treatment covered and it has been denied 3 times and returned with a LAUNDRY LIST of other treatment options they want exhausted first. Some of the options aren't even FDA approved - my doctor refused to even prescribe them. If you want to suffer or want your employees to suffer - this is defnitely the insurance to offer."
"I have no issue with this specific branch. However, this compa y as a whole will not allow me to get my much needed treatment for MS. This has now gone on for about 2 years now, and I have still not been able to receive treatment. If you care about your well-being and don't want to suffer through symptoms, DO NOT use this company."
"I had Pacific Source through a previous employer and then switched to my husband's insurance. My pharmacy billed Pacific Source after I switched and I was sent a large bill. When I called Pacific Source I was told that I needed to call the pharmacy to figure out billing. I did and the pharmacy was unable to find the claim. I called Pacific Source back and they were unable to find the claim as well. Hours later I received an email from them with the claim number telling me I had to work it out with my new insurance or pay the large bill. Customer service was unwilling to call the pharmacy or my new insurance. It seems odd to me that a mistake that was not made by a patient is the patient's problem to fix. I do not recommend them and feel that you can get better service and coverage elsewhere."
"Nothing is easy with them and they are very vague with their information. We have had several issues with them and I have never had to contact an insurance company so many times in my life to dispute bills and figure out what is happening with my accounts. They are lazy and try to get away with as little work as possible. I have to call and make sure things are getting taken car of so i don't have to overpay on our accounts. The deductible is high enough that you would think you would get much better service and coverage than you do. I will say one or two of the people I have talked to were kind and very helpful, but a majority of them are lazy and sound like they have no idea what they are doing."
